S'mores optional

It's true the Morgan clan went on our first solo camping adventure.  We managed to pack up the little car with all our supplies and the kids had to sit crisscross applesauce, but we did it.

There was a little concern from the youngest that we would make him eat s'mores.  After some convincing that we would not force him to eat s'mores, that he could just roast marshmallows and enjoy himself he was then willing to go with us camping.

Sleeping in a tent, campfires, a hike, fishing, huckleberry picking all checked off the list.

We could not leave until this little guy got to reel in his own fish.  Thanks to dad letting him reel in this one, mission was accomplished.  Catching the fish was somewhat easy, but unhooking, and cleaning the fish was a fun challenge for us to figure out.  We managed and had a yummy dinner that night.

Jake thought it would be fun to bring a friend home with him.  He is such a nice guy but his friend was not welcomed to stay for long.
