Making the best out of a slimy situation

Children do share in the decorating and ambiance in this house.  Look at the pretty centerpiece, an empty vase with water?

After a closer look you may notice a couple of green slimy tadpoles.

How do you live with boys with all their childhood happenings and "things" they bring home?  My answer, try to embrace their growing minds and adventures and make the best of it all.  Giant slimy tadpoles and all, you have to love little boys.

For the friends that share their finds, we would like to thank.  After a quick trip to the neighborhood pool and chatting with friend's mom, I was informed that said child had informed his mother that Orion's mom lets him keep his tadpoles on the kitchen counter.  Really that is all I live for, I go down as the coolest mom in the 'hood this week.
