New Week

Well, I saw another blog and she started a "week in review" to help keep on top of blogging.  That sounded great to me and I am such a copycat.

Elijah started playschool a couple of weeks ago, it's an hour at the high school to help the students learn how to not strangle toddlers.  I know it sounds like I am putting my child in danger but I think it is okay.  Anyways, Elijah would say every morning, that he did not want to go and it was stupid.  I was so confused because every day when I would pick him up he would jump up and down with excitement and exclaim how "Awesome"  it was.   I know I am such a horrible mom for dragging him to "play"school, to have an Awesome time.  Maybe the moral to this story is Elijah is not a morning person.

Samuel gets to have his mom come to school twice a week (while Elijah is in playschool).  I think to a fifth grader mom at school is worse than death.  Samuel has been doing much better getting his work in on time. 

Orion started soccer practice this week, we love soccer time around here.  Just ask Jake how much we love soccer.

After last week I feel like I need to include Jake in this week in review, so here goes.  Let's see to start, work has been really busy for him, I think he worked more than 40 hours in one week.  I probably should not put that down in writing, but it's true.  Then, he volunteered to be the rookies coordinator for the baseball association out here.  A little more work than first thought.  Like I already said soccer started and of course once a coach always a coach.  Let's see anything else,  oh yes let's not forget the mouse in his car.  Now he has a friend to talk to on the commute.  I don't know but that mouse was the icing on the cake for Jake.  I just laughed it off until I got the privilege to hear it overhead while driving.  Not so funny, little creepy. 

I don't like to think about it, it's a little white trash.  Really any ideas on how to get rid of a mouse in a cars?

We survived, and we don't have to find one of these to jump off.
